Getting Started in Conqueror's Blade

By: Foghladha

The day you create your first character in Conqueror's Blade is an epic one. The tutorial guides you through some basic controls and a system overview, and then promptly dumps you into the world with a wide array of gold, purple, blue, and green units with no instruction on what to focus on first.

The unit tree has been expanded and will likely expand again, and currently includes 23 Melee Infantry, 19 Ranged Infantry, 9 Cavalry, 5 Heraldic Units, 5 Rattan Army, and 11 Heart of the Mediterranean units for a total of 72 units that you can unlock with Honour. Then, at level 25, you unlock the seasonal system, which presents you with every seasonal unit to choose from. As a new player with over 120 different roads before you, it can be a bit overwhelming.

To add some additional anxiety to the situation, new players are placed in matches against bots initially. At first, it's just you vs them. Then you get some allied players against the bots. Then you get allied players and bots vs each other. The lower your level, the easier it is to level your units and unlock new units through challenges. The faster you level your hero, the harder the game gets.

If you are not focused on your growth plan, you will find yourself with 20+ half-levelled units that can't hold their own on the battlefield.

Time is important, and we can help you build a warband that will keep you at the top of the leaderboard and keep those challenges unlocking.
